Quality and services
We have established a quality and safety department to respond more effectively to customer needs. This commitment is also reflected in the fact that we have obtained ISO 9001:2000 and HACCP certification. We are strongly committed to maximising customer, partner and employee satisfaction, and have defined a quality and safety policy governing our business processes and dealing with areas of non-compliance.
In order to provide customers with high standards of reliability, we strive to achieve the following goals:
- Meet customer needs wherever possible
- Ensure our sales team keeps in regular touch to ensure customers’ expectations are being met
- Achieve maximum customer satisfaction
- Deal promptly with any complaints about our service
- Submit documents promptly
- Monitor payments
We have also made the following commitments to our employees:
- Provide appropriate training
- Keep them properly informed of health and safety issues
- Carry out employee satisfaction surveys
- Monitor employee availability
We are also a member of several national and international bodies which seek to make continued improvements to quality. These include the Confédération des Transporteurs Luxembourgeois (of which we are a committee member) and the Mouvement Luxembourgeois de Qualité. In 2000, we were voted transporter of the year by the International Union of Professional Drivers.
