To strengthen our administrative services at our Leudelange site, we are currently looking for:
an employee for our Billing Department (M/F)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receiving and checking transport documents
- Checking invoices and issuing credit notes for our subcontractors
- Reviewing and completing transport files
- Preparing invoices for our “general cargo” and “air freight” services
- Preparing intercompany invoices
👤 REQUIRED PROFILE
Experience:
- Solid experience in an administrative role
- Experience in a similar position and/or in the transport sector is a strong advantage
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND PERSONAL QUALITIES
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good stress management and ability to prioritize
- Strong communication skills
- Team spirit
- Proficiency in IT and office tools (Word, Excel, accounting/management software)
REQUIRED LANGUAGES
- English and French or German (spoken and written)
- Luxembourgish is considered an advantage
