To strengthen our Air Freight department at our Luxembourg Airport site, we are currently looking for: an Air Freight Back-Office Employee (M/F)

🎯 MAIN TASKS:

• Entering transport files
• Responding to customer inquiries
• Telephone reception and secretarial tasks
• Invoicing for completed transports
• Assisting dispatchers

👤 REQUIRED PROFILE

Experience: Experience in a similar position and/or in the transport sector is an advantage.

• Proficiency in computer and office tools (WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK)
• A criminal record check must be provided in order to obtain authorization to access the airport security area.

REQUIRED LANGUAGES:

• French and German (written and spoken)
• Luxembourgish and/or English are considered an advantage.
