To strengthen our Groupage and Distribution department at our Leudelange site, we are currently looking for a: Distribution Officer (M/F).
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processing import and export files
- Supporting truck dispatch operations
- Counter/front desk reception
- Processing transport orders
- Handling customer requests
👤 PROFILE REQUIRED
Experience: Experience in a similar position and/or in the transport sector is considered an advantage.
EDUCATION, SKILLS & REQUIRED QUALITIES:
- Completed apprenticeship or training in logistics or transport
- 3 years of experience in transport, groupage and/or distribution
- Proficiency in IT and office tools (Word, Excel)
Personal attributes:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidentiality and discretion
- Good stress resistance and ability to prioritise
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Good analytical abilities
- Availability to work in shifts.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:
- German or Luxembourgish
- Knowledge of French is considered an advantage
