To strengthen our Air Freight department at our Luxembourg Airport site, we are currently looking for: an Air Freight Dispatcher/Planner for road transport (M/F).
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize, optimize, and ensure smooth transport operations.
- Assign road drivers and act as their point of contact.
- Communicate with clients.
- Ensure compliance with regulations (social regulations, traffic laws, etc.).
- Select and assign our subcontractors in accordance with internal procedures.
👤 PROFILE SOUGHT
Education: Completed apprenticeship as a transport commercial agent.
Experience: At least 3 years of professional expertise in a similar position.
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND QUALITIES REQUIRED:
- Team spirit
- Customer service orientation
- Technical knowledge of vehicles
- Geographic knowledge
- Knowledge of transport legislation
- Basic training in the transport of dangerous goods
- Proficiency in IT and office tools (WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK)
- A clean criminal record must be presented to obtain authorization to access the airport security zone.
