To strengthen our Human Resources department at our Leudelange site, we are currently looking for: an HR & Payroll Administrator.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Payroll calculation and preparation
- Administrative management of employee data
- Management of absences and leave
- Handling of administrative and social security declarations
- Preparation of HR documents
- Recruitment support
- Organisation of medical examinations and mandatory training
- Answering employees’ administrative queries
👤 THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Experience: Previous experience in a similar position and/or in the transport sector would be an advantage.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Experience in personnel administration and management of employee files
- Experience in preparing or processing payroll and variable pay components
- Practical knowledge of managing leave, absences and working hours
- Experience in preparing employment contracts, amendments, certificates and other HR documents
- Experience using payroll or HR management software
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive data
- Good command of office software, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- Professional experience in Luxembourg and knowledge of the main Luxembourg administrative and social security procedures would be a significant advantage
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:
- German and French
- Fluency in Luxembourgish and/or English would be considered an advantage
