To strengthen our QHSE department at our Leudelange site, we are currently looking for a:

Quality and Hygiene Coordinator (M/F)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

ENSURE COMPANY COMPLIANCE WITH QUALITY AND HYGIENE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Conduct hygiene risk analyses for processes covered by certifications
  • Handle requests from stakeholders regarding Quality and Hygiene matters
  • Plan and implement the internal audit program
  • Plan and carry out regular and regulatory Quality and Hygiene controls
  • Plan and implement action plans to continuously improve the Quality and Hygiene management system
  • Plan and implement the Quality and Hygiene training program
  • Contribute to keeping the integrated management system documentation up to date
  • Ensure regulatory monitoring related to hygiene (transport and storage of food and pharmaceutical goods)

👤 PROFILE SOUGHT:

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in QSE management or equivalent
  • Initial training in Quality and Hygiene
  • Internal auditor training

TRAINING, SKILLS AND QUALITIES REQUIRED:

  • Language skills: French & German mandatory (English & Luxembourgish are an asset)
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, GDP standards
  • Mastery of hazard analysis methods related to food safety
  • Project management skills
  • Strong organizational skills / Attention to detail
  • Initiative-taking / Dynamic mindset
  • Ability to communicate, convince, and motivate others
  • Strong writing skills
  • Proficiency in IT and office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
