To strengthen our administrative department we are looking for a trilingual receptionist

MAIN TASKS :

  • Switchboard management
  • Management of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Physical reception of visitors
  • Various administrative tasks

TRAINING, REQUIRED QUALITIES AND SKILLS :

  • Secondary education, administrative section
  • Excellent communication skills, discretion and empathy
  • Punctual, autonomous, organized and multitasker
  • Good presentation skills
  • Good command of IT and office automation tools
  • At least 2 years’ professional experience in a similar position

LANGUAGES REQUIRED :

  • Luxembourgish, German and French, any other language will be considered an asset
