To strengthen our administrative department we are looking for a trilingual receptionist
MAIN TASKS :
- Switchboard management
- Management of incoming and outgoing mail
- Physical reception of visitors
- Various administrative tasks
TRAINING, REQUIRED QUALITIES AND SKILLS :
- Secondary education, administrative section
- Excellent communication skills, discretion and empathy
- Punctual, autonomous, organized and multitasker
- Good presentation skills
- Good command of IT and office automation tools
- At least 2 years’ professional experience in a similar position
LANGUAGES REQUIRED :
- Luxembourgish, German and French, any other language will be considered an asset
